Finally: publication!

You may or may not know that I've been working on a comic strip for the last few months with a Canadian artist I've never met. Well, that comic, BEAR PAWS AND RABBIT, which is a weekly all-ages comic strip set in the 1700s following the adventures of two Native American kids in the land before manifest destiny, has finally started publication in a handful of Canadian newspapers and websites.

You can read the introductory strip here; the next one will appear next Monday and so on. So give it a read if you have an extra 30 seconds (which I know you do, since you're reading this). And if you like it (or even if you hate it but you at least like me a little bit), follow the link below the strip, and send the website an email telling them you liked it. The more positive feedback we get, the more likely we are to keep our jobs (and we might even get a raise). And if you didn't like it and don't even like me in the littlest bit, well, you can kindly kiss my ass.

it's a bit hard to form an opinion on an introductory strip, but consider yourself "feedback-ed." good luck!

thanks. I know it's a little weird (honestly for a weekly comic like this it's gonna take a while to build an actual fanbase) but I do really appreciate it.

actually we don't get a byline just yet. I forget the specifics but it will be a while unfortunately.
